What is a Chavurah?

 The word “Chavurah” can mean “friend” but, to the members of the Chavurot at Temple Kol Tikvah, a Chavurah is more than that…it’s an extended family.  Each Chavurah is comprised of families with different interests and all participate in Temple activities in different ways, but one thing is constant… all four have a strong bond to each other and to the Temple.

The Chavurah committee hopes that reading about these Chavurot will inspire and motivate you to form new Chavurot of your own.  If you are interested in forming a Chavurah, or even if you are just interested in learning more, please complete the form and return it to the Temple office.
