Tuition will be divided into 8 monthly payments due on the first of each month, beginning on October 1, 2021 and ending on May 1, 2022.

Immunization: California State Law requires PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION prior to your child’s 1st day of attendance.

School Withdrawal, Registration & Missed Days Policies: All registration fees are non refundable and due with this form. Any changes or termination to your ECC contract must be communicated in writing to Kol Tikvah’s ECC business office 30 days prior to the effective date. If you withdraw your child mid-year, one month’s tuition is due upon the 30 day notice. Kol Tikvah will not reduce or waive tuition if your child does not attend a regular scheduled school day(s) due to any type of absence (travel, illness, etc.). We are not able to offer make-up days for any days missed.

Our program may not be the right fit for all students. Kol Tikvah ECC reserves the right to inform parents and discharge students that may require a different setting and structure.

COVID PROTOCOLS: Health screening of all children will take place at drop off each morning.

All parents/grandparents/caregivers are required to be vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination prior to enrolling your child. All adults are required to wear masks at all times while on Temple grounds.

Appropriate physical distancing has been incorporated into the daily routine. Your child must have a mask with them at all times. If there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the ECC community, we will follow the CDC guidelines and recommendations to minimize risk to children and staff. This may include closing one classroom or closing the entire school for 10 to 14 days. If this occurs tuition for these days will not be refunded. We will continue to provide appropriate online content when possible. Should we be closed for a month we will refund 50% of that month’s tuition.
