Kol Tikvah is grateful to partner with The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, whose ongoing support helps strengthen Jewish life across our community. This year, we were honored to receive an Emergency Security Grant from the Federation, allowing us to enhance the safety and protection of our campus. We are proud to join them in their mission to ensure the well-being, resilience, and continuity of Jewish communities throughout Los Angeles and beyond.
Kol Tikvah is proud to partner with the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Los Angeles, whose generosity and commitment to Jewish life have made a meaningful impact on our community. This year, we were grateful to receive an Emergency Security Grant from the Foundation, helping us enhance the safety and security of our campus. Additionally, we are deeply thankful for the continued support of our Tzedakah Teens program, made possible through funding from the Foundation’s Ziering Family Foundation. Their investment in the next generation of Jewish leaders ensures that our teens can explore the values of philanthropy, justice, and community responsibility.
Kol Tikvah is honored to partner with Mount Sinai Memorial Parks and Mortuaries, an organization deeply rooted in the Jewish values of compassion, remembrance, and community support. This year, we were grateful to receive a Religious School Scholarship Grant from Mount Sinai, which has allowed us to provide greater access to Jewish education for families in need. Their generous support helps ensure that every child in our community has the opportunity to grow, learn, and connect through a strong Jewish foundation.
Kol Tikvah is proud to be a founding member of the West Valley Food Pantry, a vital community resource dedicated to fighting food insecurity with dignity and compassion. Through this long-standing partnership, we support the Pantry’s mission to provide nutritious food and essential items to individuals and families in need. Together, we are helping to build a stronger, more caring West Valley community rooted in the Jewish value of tikkun olam—repairing the world through acts of kindness and justice.
Kol Tikvah is excited to partner with JQ International, an organization dedicated to supporting and celebrating LGBTQ+ Jews and their allies. This year, we are thrilled to begin working with JQ to implement more inclusive and affirming LGBTQ+ programming for all ages within our community. Together, we are committed to creating a spiritual and communal space where everyone is seen, valued, and empowered to live authentically.
Kol Tikvah partners with the Community Security Initiative (CSI) to ensure the safety and preparedness of our campus and community. Through this partnership, our staff receives regular security training and support, empowering us to respond effectively to potential threats and maintain a secure environment for all who enter our doors. We are grateful to CSI for their expertise and dedication to protecting Jewish institutions across Los Angeles.
Kol Tikvah is thankful to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (DWP) for their generous grant of a hydration station for our campus. This eco-friendly addition supports our commitment to sustainability and encourages our community to stay healthy and hydrated while reducing single-use plastic waste. We’re proud to partner with DWP in caring for both our people and our planet. Come fill your water bottle in the hallway outside the temple office!
