Planning an event is overwhelming at times…

We try to make this as easy as possible for you. At every event, we have a designated staff member to work with your party vendors and caterers to make sure your event is everything you expect it to be. Here is a list of some of the vendors who have participated in events at Kol Tikvah. They are trusted and familiar with our venue. Feel free to use other vendors, we simply need to meet with them to go over our facility agreements and they must provide proof of insurance.

Preferred Caterers

Caterers not on this list must be pre-approved, have a schedule walk-thru meeting with a KT Senior Staff Member, and must provide proof of insurance and workman’s comp coverage. All caterers must abide by our Kashrut policy and agree to our kitchen fees prior to creating a client contract.
