Lively Lunch with Tai Chi
Join us for an engaging and interactive class where you’ll discover how Tai Chi can enhance your well-being. Dr. Susan Layfield, a Physical Therapist, Certified Tai Chi Instructor, and SSG Specialist with the Foundation for Senior Services, will lead you through foundational movements designed to improve posture, boost balance, and incorporate relaxation techniques.
Lunch will be California Chicken Cafe.
