The teen years bring new challenges for teens and their families. Kol Tikvah is a safe space for families to discuss and confront issues. Teen BMR provides the opportunity to explore and grow with your teen through the great experience of learning together.

 7th-12th graders and their parents are invited to join us for dinner and our program on Mental Health with speaker Kendra Singer, LMFT, of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles, and the Program Director of the Teen Talk App.  Together we will discuss the secondary trauma experienced from seeing mass violence in the media, and how we can make a personal resiliency plan.

Please note, this program takes place during Teen Tuesday. Parents are encouraged to attend and join their teen this week for family education.
