Social Justice at Kol Tikvah

Our Social Action and Social Justice committees do remarkable work at Kol Tikvah. Together with clergy, the Religious School's Kemach program, and volunteer congregants, they do everything from partnering with local organizations in our neighborhood, to meeting with legislators at the state and national levels. We have projects, events, and activities all year long such as: Pink Challah Bake, Mitzvah Day, Mitzvah Bus Adventure, L'Taken in Washington DC, Food Drives, Toy Drives, and more.

Kol Tikvah is a founding coalition member of the West Valley Food Pantry, named the 2020 California Non-Profit of the Year. Other organizations we work closely with: URJ's Religious Action Center, LA Family Housing, Best Friends Animal Society, Many Mansions, and others.

We are proud to partner with...
