Mission Statement

The mission of the Kol Tikvah Diversity and Inclusion Committee is to actively pursue the creation, implementation and maintenance, of a more equitable and inclusive Temple Kol Tikvah.  The Committee will do so by facilitating greater awareness, fairness, representation, belonging and care, in Kol Tikvah activities, events, policies, environments and community engagement.
 

Vision Statement

The vision of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is to foster a temple community, culture and environment, in which all people associated with Kol Tikvah, be they staff, families, members, supporters, or guests, feel welcomed and affirmed in a way that facilitates a sense of belonging in line with the Jewish traditional value of Tikkun Olam, and in a way that ensures all have access to full participation in temple life.
